Acoustica Spin It Again allows you to convert your vinyl records and compact cassette tapes into audio files or CDs. This tool is the only software you need to do the whole process – from hooking up your record or cassette player to your computer to burning the final audio tracks to CD. With just a few easy steps, Spin It Again will capture the audio from your analogue sources, clean it, split it into tracks and create the audio files for you. It guides you through the whole process with intuitive interfaces and tutorials.

Spin It Again helps you to connect your players to your computer’s soundcard and to adjust the optimum recording level. Once the system is set up, you just need to press the “Record” button. When finished, Spin It Again will show you a preview of the whole recording and will allow you to edit it. You don’t need to be a sound engineer to get incredible results – the program offers you 14 cleaning presets to get rid of annoying background noises, it will also automatically detect the silences in between tracks and will split your recording into the corresponding tracks, it will even look up all the album information for you!

Acoustica Spin It Again is a fully customizable application. Though every option is already defaulted to allow for an automatic and easy conversion of your analogue recordings, you can always change them to fit your own standards. You may want to change the position in which the program splitted one of your tracks, or define the length of each track in live or continuous recordings where Spin It Again cannot possibly detect them. You can create your own cleaning profiles, changing the settings for the equalizer, the noise reduction engine, or using the Advanced Vinyl Cleaner. You can also add creative sound effects to your recordings, using choruses, compressors, delays and reverbs. All these effects offer you a number of presets you can use, and gives you also the possibility to decide on each of the parameters involved.

All this extensive editing functionality is also available for recordings you may have already in your drives - just load the audio files into the program and open the Preview and Edit interface.

Finally, Acoustica Spin It Again can save the files in your hard drive in either WAV, MP3, OGG or WMA, or can burn them to CD.
